Ilayathalapathy Vijay recently attended a meeting organised by his welfare organisation Makkal Iyakkam in Salem. The meeting was organised by his fans to distribute relief and welfare materials to the needy and enroll new members for the Iyakkam. Vijay and his father S.A. Chandrasekhar addressed the gathering. The actor expressed his happiness on AIADMK’s victory in Tamil Nadu and also thanked his fans for their love and support.
On the career front, Vijay has just wrapped up the shoot of Raja’s Velayudham and has started working on Shankar’s Nanban. After completing this project, he is likely to team up with directors A.R. Murugadoss and Seeman.
