விஜய் காவல்காரன் தலைப்பு மாற்றி வைக்கப்பட்டுல்லது.தற்பொது காவல் காதல் என்று மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது.விஜய் சொன்னதை மறுத்த அசின் இலங்கை போனதால் வரும் பிரச்சனைகள்.அசின் தமிழில் நடிப்பதை தடை செய்யக் கூடலாம் என்று நடிகர் சங்கம் சொல்லப்படுகிறது.இதனால் காவல்காதல் வருமா வராதா என்று தெரியவில்லை.

எம்.ஜி.ஆர் படத்தலைப்புகளின் மீது ஆர்வம் கொண்ட விஜயும் இந்த தலைப்பையே படத்திற்கு வைக்க விரும்புகிறார் என்றும் தகவல்கள் வெளியானது. ஆனால் பழைய 'காவல்காரன்' படத்தை தயாரித்த சத்யா மூவிஸ் நிறுவனம், இந்த தலைப்பை விஜய் படத்திற்கு பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது என தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கத்தில் கடிதம் ஒன்றை கொடுத்துள்ளது. அதில் "விஜய் தற்போது நடிக்கும் படத்திற்கு 'காவல்காரன்' எந்ற தலைப்பு வைத்துள்ளதாக தகவல் வருகிறது. இந்த தலைப்பு உரிமையை யாருக்கும் நாங்கள் தரவில்லை. எனவே, இந்த தலைப்பை விஜய் படத்திற்கு வைக்க அனுமதிக்க கூடாது" என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தனர்.

இதையடுத்து விஜய் படத்திற்கு அந்த தலைப்பை வைக்க தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்கம் தடை விதித்துள்ளது. இந்த கடிதத்தின் மூலம் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்த தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்கம், 'காவல்காரன்' பட தலைப்பு வைக்க நாங்கள் அனுமதி தரவில்லை என்று சத்யா மூவிஸ் சார்பில் சங்கத்திற்கு கடிதம் அளிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. எனவே நீங்கள் வேறு தலைப்பை வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று விஜய் படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளரிடம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்கள்.

இதன் மூலம் 'காவல்காரன்' என்ற தலைப்பை மாற்றி 'காவல் காதல்' என்ற தலைப்பை விஜய் படத்திற்கு வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக பட வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள். இந்த தலைப்பையும் படக்குழுவினர் இன்னும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவிக்கவில்லை.

நடிகர் விஜய் படம் விவகாரம் தொடர்பாக, மத்திய குற்றப்பிரிவு போலீசார் விசாரிக்க ஐகோர்ட் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. சென்னை மேற்கு மாம்பலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஜானி தாமஸ், சைதாப்பேட்டை மாஜிஸ்திரேட் நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள வழக்கில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:

நான், கடந்த 2008ம் ஆண்டு ‘பாடிகார்டு’ என்ற மலையாள படத்தை தயாரித்தேன். படத்தை இயக்க கே.ஐ.சித்திக் என்பவரை நியமித்தேன். இவருக்கு ரூ.40 லட்சம் சம்பளம் ஒப்பந்தம் போடப்பட்டது. பவ்ஹ்  முடிந்து கேரளாவில் ரிலீஸ் ஆடுஅ நன்றாக ஓடியது. இயக்குநருடன் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டபோது, 45 நாட்களில் படௌய்  முடிப்பதாக ஒப்புக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

ஆனால், 120 நாட்களில்தான் படத்தை இயக்குநர் முடித்துக் கொடுத்தார். இதனால், எனகு  கூடுதல் செலவானது. தற்போது எனக்கு தெரியாமல் இண்ட்ட் கதையை தமிழில் ‘காவல்காரன்’ என்ற பெயரில் நடிகர் விஜய்யை வைத்து சித்திக் தயாரித்து வருகிறார். என்னுடைய ஒப்புதல் இல்லாமல் என் படத்தை தமிழி  தயாரிக்க அவுண்ட்  உரிமை இல்லை. அவர் மீது பதிவு செய்ய போலீசுக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு வழக்கில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வழக்கை 11வது மாஜிஸ்திரேட் விசாரித்து, மத்திய குற்றப்பிரிவு போலீசார் விசாரணை நடத்தி அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிட்டார். மனுதாரர் சார்பாக வக்கீல் சிவராமன் ஆஜராகி வதாடினார்.

Well If you are located in US then there are many program which promises to give easy money.But as i don't belong to US i hasn't tested these .
